When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and (optionally) email — only what's needed to get your order to you and keep you updated on it. We don't collect or store any payment card details: every order is cash on delivery.

How we use it

• To process, pack, and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmation and status updates by email.
• To answer questions if you contact us for support or an exchange.

We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cart between visits. That's it — no third-party ad tracking.

Orders & payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery timelines and returns/exchange terms are covered on our Shipping and Returns pages.
